Introduce the composition of the machine

1. SJ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder

The screw is made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA nitride alloy steel. After quenching and tempering, overall nitriding and precision grinding processing, the depth of the nitride layer reaches 0.4-0.7mm, the surface hardness is ≥ HV940, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can stably process high filling PVC powder for a long time. Good plasticizing effect, uniform plasticization without raw materials. Ceramic heater and high-efficiency axial flow fan cooling system for the barrel configuration

2. Vaccum and cooling water tank

The cooling system adopts a four tube independent vacuum sizing and water tank cooling design, with each tube equipped with an independent vacuum sizing sleeve to ensure precise outer diameter and smooth surface of the tube. The vacuum box adopts a 304 stainless steel inner liner, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life. The vacuum degree can be adjusted to meet the needs of different pipe diameters. Cooling water tank, with uniform and sufficient cooling, effectively prevents internal stress or deformation of pipes due to uneven cooling. The overall cooling length can be flexibly configured according to the pipe diameter and production speed, ensuring that the pipe is fully shaped during high-speed extrusion and the yield is stable at over 99%.

3.Tractor and Cutter nuit

The traction and cutting process adopts an integrated design, combining the four track synchronous traction machine and the chip free cutting machine into one, with a compact structure and smaller footprint, greatly reducing the transition distance between traction and cutting of pipes, and avoiding sagging deformation or ellipticity deviation caused by long suspension of pipes. The traction part adopts four sets of independent track synchronous drive, high wear-resistant rubber block tooth shaped clamping, uniform and adjustable clamping force, linked by the same control system, and the traction speed of the four pipes is completely consistent. The cutting part adopts the lifting knife cutting technology, with a flat and smooth incision, and the cutting length is set by the customer themselves. The integrated design reduces intermediate connection links, responds faster, has better synchronization, and is easier to operate and maintain, truly achieving efficient automation production with seamless traction cutting connection.

4.Belling machine

The fully automatic PVC pipe expansion machine is designed to achieve automatic expansion of one end of the pipe and forming of a socket. It is linked with the extrusion production line online and does not require offline secondary processing. The equipment adopts infrared heating and automatic constant temperature control, with uniform heating and rapid temperature rise. The expansion temperature is accurately adjustable and suitable for different pipe diameters and formulation processes. The expansion mold is made of high-quality mold steel that has been precision processed and surface treated, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The formed expansion section has a smooth inner wall, precise size, and good roundness, and fits tightly with the pipe fittings without leakage
